Learning Hub Atrium
Learning Hub Atrium is a specialist research and student library and study space. The Hub’s library collection contains literature in the fields of electrical and communications engineering as well as in the field of industrial engineering and management. The material contains work available for loan as well as for reference to be consulted on site. Learning Hub is open for all users.

Customer service is open Mon-Fri 12 noon - 15 pm. At other times library operates on a self-service basis.

Lending
The Learning Hub is open to all students, researches and other university personnel as well as to the public. You need a valid Aalto University Library card for borrowing printed material. You can apply a library card online and pick it up in any library’s service points (Remember to bring also your identity card!):

Facilities and equipment
The Learning Hub Atrium has several separate group study rooms. There is also some customer computers available.
Tuas building has Printing Point –printers devices available for Aalto students and staff.
Interlibrary loans
Making use of other Finnish and international collections, the interlibrary loan service of the library provides its users with materials that are not included in its own collections. Contact Aalto University Library in Otaniemi for more information.

The Hub’s library collection contains literature and journals in the fields of electrical and communications engineering as well as in the field of industrial engineering and management. Theses of the School of Electrical Engineering
All data of all theses, printed or electronic, can be found in Inssi database. | Inssi
Most printed versions of the master's and licentiate theses written at the School of Electrical Engineering are situated is in Aalto University Library archive. These items cannot be borrowed but they can be ordered to be read in the library (see contact information). Ordered items are available for reading on the next business day.
Master's and licenciate's theses published in electronic form and bachelor's theses archived in electronic form can be found from Aaltodoc, the publication archive of Aalto University. | Aaltodoc publication archive
Bachelor's theses of the schools of technology have been archived only in electonic form from the beginning of 2008. In database INSSI and in Aaltodoc the records of the bachelor's theses include links to the pdf-files of the theses. The pdf-files are protected with a password and they can only be accessed from the workstations of the library due to copyright issues. Please contact the library staff to gain access.
Dissertations can be found both in electronic form and printed form. Electronic dissertations are available via Aaltodoc publication archive. Copies of loanable dissertations are available in the collections of Aalto University Library. Data of all dissertations can be found in the Alli-database.
